Photographer of The Year Top Six Final

Yesterday evening the Club welcomed Helen Hanafin FIPF EFIAP/d1, Joe Doyle AIPF ARPS and Dominic Reddin FIPF to our Club House, to judge the final “Top Six Round” of our Photographer of the Year competition.
After the Six Rounds of the Photographer of The Year Competition League the highest scoring six photographers, both in the Intermediate and Advanced sections, had the opportunity to bring back twelve of their images, 6 mono and 6 colour, as prints for submission.

There were 72 Advanced Prints and 60 Intermediate Prints, all of an exceptionally high standard. They were all a credit to the Club and to the respective authors. The three judges, scoring live, did a superb job in assessing each of the prints. The eventual Photographers of The Year were:
Advanced – Gabriel O’Shaugnessy FIPF, FRPS, MFIAP, EFIAP/p, PFIAP, ESFIAP.

Intermediate – Joanne Halligan AIPF
